Technically, our journey started when we met each other in elementary school. Attending church together, we grew up and somehow made it through the awkward teen years without completely embarrassing ourselves in front of one another. In 2002, our infatuation with one another was finally realized, and we began dating (Yes, we’re “high school sweethearts”). Over the following four years, we survived the difficulties of a long-distance relationship as Megan attended college in Arkansas and Joey in Tennessee. Shortly after graduating, we both made the move back home and got married in 2009. We planted our roots in the charming city of Wylie, TX - All of the suburban-America amenities with a hint of that small-town Texas feel.

Our faith and family are our highest priorities.
We were married in 2009.
Hudson was born in 2012.
Griffin was born in 2015.
Solomon was born & adopted in 2020.
We love playing games together, baseball, Dude Perfect, telling jokes, and letting these boys be wild, active and goofy!
Our faith forms our identity. Because we know God loves us, we want our lives to show the we love God and others. In 2009, we helped launch Connection Point Church, where Joey is the worship pastor.

Our Philosophy
We love capturing weddings! Wedding days are so special, yet so fleeting. Our goal as wedding photographers/filmmakers is to capture the story of this important moment in the lives of our clients so that they can relive it, with joy and simplicity, whenever they would like for the rest of their lives.
Classic.
Our images are edited to stand the test of time. We intentionally choose to not use the latest trends because we want to ensure our photos will still look great in 50 years (Although we can’t guarantee that for the clothing styles).
Cinematic.
Cameras have the ability to do things that the human eye cannot. Whether it be a sun flare hitting the lens, slow motion, or a close-up detail, we enjoy creating images that are truly beautiful.
Creative.
It’s in our name. It’s who we are. Each wedding expresses the unique character of our clients. So we do our best to artistically create images that reflect the beauty and character of each special event.
